  • Dr. Ben Schanker MD, MBA, MPH is a Preventive Medicine specialist at Stanford University, where he is Clinical Assistant Professor in the Division of Primary Care and Population Health. He is a graduate of Harvard Medical School, Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and Oxford Said Business School. After preliminary Internal Medicine at Yale and residency/fellowship training at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), he practiced community health in California’s Central Valley, with a focus on treating neuromusculoskeletal and orthopedic spine/sports injuries. He brings over a decade of leadership experience in systems quality improvement to the board, having served as an Expert Consultant for the World Health Organization and on leadership teams of the American Medical Association Foundation and Massachusetts Medical Society. He is the father of bulldogs and enjoys organic farming and international travel in his free time.

Director of Precision Preventive Medicine

  • Andy R. Eugene, MD, PhD, FCP, DABCP is board-certified by the American Board of Clinical Pharmacology, a Fellow of the American College of Clinical Pharmacology, and is an expert on pharmacogenomics and adverse drug events. Dr. Eugene completed post-graduate training at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota in Clinical Pharmacology and later worked on the institutional-wide implementation of Pharmacogenomics for the Mayo Clinic Center for Individualized Medicine. Clinically, Dr. Eugene is credentialed in Psychiatry at Larned State Hospital, is an International Associate of the Royal College of Psychiatrists (UK), an Associate of the Royal College of Physicians (UK), and a Member of the American Medical Association.

    Dr. Eugene is experienced in EEG Brain Mapping in Psychopharmacology and has experience in Phase I Clinical Trials, Drug-Drug Interaction Studies, Clinical Trials in Clinical Pharmacology, Population Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics (PK/PD) Modeling and Simulation, Non-Compartmental Analysis and Toxicokinetic Analysis, Data Science with Genomics Single-Nucleotide Polymorphism Datasets, and has an interest in Pharmacovigilance analysis of Adverse Drug Events data from the US FDA Adverse Events Reporting System.

Director of Clinical Pharmacogenomics

  • Olivia Levine, MD, PhD is a neuropsychiatrist with expertise in addiction and mood disorders. Her PhD research focused on neural circuits, particularly a thalamic-amygdalar circuit involved in alcohol use and anxiety behaviors, uncovering key sex differences. During her medical training, she studied iron metabolism protein expression in schizophrenia patients. Dr. Levine is dedicated to understanding the molecular, circuit, and behavioral complexities of psychiatric disorders to inform targeted treatments.

Neuropsychiatry Adjunct Faculty

  • Dr. Saeed Shaikh, M.D.,F.R.C.P.C., is the co-founder of Precision Longevity Inc. and Director of the Niagara Peninsula Arthritis Centre. A native of Toronto, Dr. Shaikh received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and Doctor of Medicine from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. He completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at the Medical Center of Delaware and Fellowship in Rheumatology at Georgetown University in Washington, DC. He has completed board certifications in both Internal Medicine and Rheumatology in the United States and Canada. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Canadian Rheumatology Research Consortium and is currently an Assistant Clinical Professor at McMaster University. Dr. Shaikh also presently serves on the Scientific Advisory Council for Osteoporosis Canada and is an active member of the Healthy Longevity Medicine Society.

  • Dr. Raffaele has been practicing longevity medicine for 25 years and has published clinical studies in telomere biology, epigenetics, hormone therapy, and glycobiology. He is the CEO and CMO of the software company he co-founded, PhysioAge Health Analytics, which enables longevity practices around the world to practice precision, n-of-1 longevity medicine more effectively than traditional EHRs. He routinely writes about longevity medicine on Raffaelemedical.com, PhysioAge.com, and @RaffaeleMD.

  • Dr. Sanjay Bhojraj is a visionary leader in cardiovascular health, merging interventional cardiology with precision and functional medicine. As one of the few cardiologists certified in Functional Medicine through the Cleveland Clinic-affiliated Institute of Functional Medicine, he reimagines heart health by addressing root causes of disease.His practice employs advanced cardiac imaging, comprehensive lipid analysis, and "omics" technologies—genomics, proteomics, and metabolomics—to assess individual cardiovascular risk beyond population-based models. This approach enables precise diagnostics and bespoke treatment plans that integrate longevity, functional, and conventional medicine for lasting health transformation.

    Dr. Bhojraj is the creator of Well12, a 10-week wellness program promoting lasting lifestyle changes through nutrition, sleep, movement, and mindset. Rooted in functional medicine principles, it emphasizes the gut-brain connection and holistic well-being. Participants experience significant improvements in energy, clarity, and overall health.

    A dynamic educator and speaker, he offers breathwork courses, wellness challenges, and live wellness sessions. He is also establishing educational programs to teach doctors how to apply functional and precision medicine in their practice and to take on leadership roles in the MedTech industry.   • Dr. Matthew Taylor is a board-certified family physician and exemplar of P4 precision medicine in clinical practice, sought as a domain expert and clinical mentor among integrative and personalized medicine practitioners multinationally. A depth of training and experience in multiple disciplines informs both his innovative approaches to whole precision care of the complex chronically ill and sapient perspectives on precision medicine acumen and professional development.

    Dr. Taylor earned his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine, and trained in full-spectrum Family Medicine both at UPMC Altoona Family Physicians and the University of Maryland Medical Center. He continued into private practice, concurrently engaged in protean training intensives across several organizations, including the National Lipidology Association, SSRP Cellular Medicine Fellowship, Institute for Functional Medicine, Trauma Research Foundation, National Institute for the Clinical Application of Behavioral Medicine (NICABM), and International Society for Environmentally Acquired Illness (ISEAI).

    As a cofounder of the American Board of Precision Medicine (ABOPM) and its Director of Network Analysis, Dr. Taylor aims to ensure alignment of medical and scientific teams’ objectives with overall organizational strategy and quality of education disseminated to board diplomate candidates. He brings robust clinical and strategic experience from private, hospital, and healthcare startup ecosystems, compassionate presence from a host of health journeys of the undiagnosed and unhealed, partnership in their transformational outcomes, and a devotion to the ABOPM's paradigm-shifting medical mission. He is the father of four beautiful children, seeking to empower them in drive, faith, and love.

Director of Network Analysis

  • Dr. Joseph Purita is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with over 20 years of expertise in cellular and anti-aging therapies within the field of Regenerative Medicine. He completed his medical education and training at Georgetown University and has since become a recognized leader in advancing innovative treatment approaches.

    A sought-after speaker, Dr. Purita has lectured extensively worldwide on various topics related to regenerative medicine. He was the inaugural president of the American Academy and Board of Regenerative Medicine and currently serves as the Medical Director of Pur-Form and its nationwide network.

    His contributions to the field include numerous scientific publications and book chapters, reflecting his dedication to research and education. Recently, he was appointed Professor of Regenerative Medicine at the University of Max Planck in Indaiatuba, Brazil, further solidifying his influence in the global medical community.

    Dr. Purita remains committed to pioneering advancements in regenerative medicine, helping patients achieve optimal health and longevity through cutting-edge cellular therapies.

Director of Regenerative Precision Medicine

  • Born in Sudbury, Ontario, Dr. Haaland has dedicated his career to advancing patient care in allergy, immunology, and rheumatology. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences and Master of Science in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Guelph before pursuing his Doctor of Medicine (MD) at Dalhousie University.

    Dr. Haaland completed his Internal Medicine residency at McMaster University, followed by a combined fellowship in Allergy & Immunology and Rheumatology, and later, the prestigious Geoff Carr Lupus Fellowship. His extensive training has positioned him as a leader in the diagnosis and treatment of complex autoimmune and inflammatory conditions.

    Currently, Dr. Haaland serves as an Associate Clinical Professor at McMaster University and an Assistant Professor at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine in Sudbury, where he is actively involved in medical education and mentorship.

    He now resides in Shanty Bay with his wife and three sons and recently relocated his practice from Barrie to Orillia, where he continues to provide expert care to his patients.
